J. Darrel ShipmanPRESIDENT Profile Darrel has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has been part of teams constructing facilities totaling over $900 million. As Project Manager, he has directed all phases of the building process from project inception through construction and occupancy. Darrel is responsible for overall administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, monthly reports, material procurement, schedule, payment applications, change orders, document control, and cost control and is active in both the design and construction phases of the project to identify and address the Owner’s needs and concerns.
