Profile

Brian serves as Project Manager for special assignments. This role includes the oversight of all phases of the project delivery, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management and all client related interface.

As Vice President of Construction, Brian also assists in continuing advancement of Marand’s Safety, Quality Control, Project Reporting and Associate Development programs.

Brian has over twelve years of diverse project experience with several General Contracting and Development companies in the Southeastern United States. Brian has successfully delivered in excess of $300 Million in total project revenues.

His experience includes extensive work performing tenant upfit construction. In his career, Brian has been directly responsible for the delivery of greater than $150 Million of tenant interior construction. This work includes a wide range of Private, Government, Healthcare and Retail projects with primary emphasis on Second Generation Class ‘A’ Office Space.
